My Earliest Memory..
Well I am going to go with my two earliest memories because the second one is a pretty funny story
Number 1
It was November 11, 1994 I was about a month and a half from turning 3, that day I got the brother I had wanted and knew I was going to get. The rest of the family thought he was going to be a girl.. but I knew better. Man did we show them.
Ok so maybe I didn't really know, but I am told every time they would tell me I was getting a sister I told them I wanted a brother.
Ha.. kids.
Well anyways I don't remember much of that day, except going to the hospital room and my mom's entire family was there (thats a lot of people) and possibly some of my dad's.. although I just remember a lot of people and my Uncle Nelson and Uncle Jared (I am going to be rather embarrassed if they weren't there) So I got this baby doll from my parents he was dressed in blue and squeaked when you pressed his belly. Well Jackson (my brother) was screaming.. so I threw the baby doll into his crib.. to make him feel better I am sure.
Number 2
It was a month later, Christmas morning to be exact. All I had asked Santa for Christmas was a pet turtle and a train set. Well Santa has a funny sense of humor sometimes.. and what did I get? I stuffed turtle.. and a stuffed train. oh you didn't know they could stuff trains? well they do.
So my cousin he got a tricycle and a ball. And I just wanted a turn on his bike.. or toss the ball to him.. but no. He would not share... so I sat there playing with my stuffed train and stuffed turtle, while watching my cousin ride his bike around my grandparents living room.
well there you have it.. my earliest memories..
Lots of love~ Halie
