Week 17 of Baby Growing

For some reason the only photos I ever end up liking are the ones that I am not looking at the camera.

I can not believe how far along I have gotten. Sometimes I feel like my pregnancy is practically over and I am sending this little babe of to college tomorrow... Obviously pregnancy has made me dramatic. (some may argue I have always been this way)

How far along? 17 weeks.

How big is baby? A Turnip.. I mean who picks these things? Couldn't they find something prettier then a turnip?

Total weight gain? Still maintaining. Jason doesn't like this and is constantly trying to find things to fatten me up. 

Maternity clothes? I really need to give in and buy maternity pants.. but I hate making uneducated purchases. I like to read all the reviews. I just need to suck it up and try a pair.

Sleep? Jason gave me a blessing last week that has helped my nightmares subside. I know I am still having them but they don't scare me and I don't remember them when I wake up. The priesthood is so cool:) But I am still taking my nausea meds, and I think they cause me to wake up with  headaches.. which really makes waking up hard some morning.

Food cravings? I randomly wanted twizzlers earlier this evening. We'll see how long that one lasts:)

Food aversions? Cafe Rio and chicken. I am hoping to get over both of those soon.

Movement? Every once in awhile I am pretty sure I can feel the baby. But then I haven't been 100% sure since the first time we could feel him/her. 

Belly button in or out? In. I do feel like my bump is coming in. I feel like it's mostly hidden, but my brother was in town last night and said "you told me you weren't showing, your starting to show" so that was exciting. 

Weird pregnancy things? This week has been pretty minimal. I did have a night of night sickness which was random and not normal for me. And I managed to throw up my B6 and Unisom. Which is ironic because I had thought 20 minutes before that I could probably start weaning myself off that.. I guess this week is not the week for that.

Best moment this week? Callie, one of my old roommates came and visited from Florida. I hadn't seen her since my wedding so that was so much fun. Allyson, Callie, and I just hung out and played with Allyson's baby, which life really doesn't get better then that:)
