Those Darn Resolutions

Jason and I started of the New Year with all sorts of goals- really good goals. I had decided it was time to eat healthier. Not that we ate unhealthy but just that there was room for improvement, you know? I had read about the whole thirty on this blog and then followed whole thirty on instagram and thought " You know what we can do this" and we did for two whole days. Friday night we were sitting on the couch watching Friends. (I know we're super exciting people) We had just finished a dinner filled with spinach, berries, and grilled chicken, when Jason and I had this conversation.

um yes, sometimes we text when were sitting right next to each other...

Shortly after this Jason gave into my whining and got the chocolate kisses out of their hiding place. And then the next day there was a meltdown over someone's stats class... and I finished the bag of chocolate kisses for dinner. And you know what I am happier with chocolate in my life and that is ok. We've decided to just eat more vegetables.. because that's healthy too right? Because why do some silly challenge that just made us *cough cough me* miserable?

So here is to 2015.. and not being miserable.
