Memory Lane

When I was little we lived in Tuscon. I was only 3 when we lived here but I have some fond memories. I know you are dying to know what my top five memories are so here they are. Number one. My friend Alexa's father made her a life size play house in their backyard. I mean seriously this is every girls dream. Number two, yogurt. My parents owned a yogurt shop. I have been told I perfected eating an ice cream cone by age 2. Like really- I wouldn't spill a drop. Number 3: Taco Bell (my husband is going to freak out when he sees this- I refuse to eat at taco bell anymore) I remember my dad and Alexa's dad would take us to taco bell for a burrito and then to the park. Childhood heaven:) No for four I remember the day Jack was born. My parents gave me this doll- you squeezed his stomach and he squeaked? Well anyways I was there meeting Jack, he was in one of those bassinets that I couldn't see in and he would not stop crying. So I threw my doll at him. i think I was trying to calm him? I dont know. In case you need proof that we eventually got along. there ya go.

Ohh BFFS

And number five: the zoo. I loved loved loved the zoo. And when Jason and I found out we were moving to Tucson I had one thing we absolutely had to do. Go to the zoo. So last Saturday we did. And then we drove past my old home, the old yogurt shop (which is now a Little Ceasar's I think) and finished off our day with frozen yogurt. Because of course.

  1. While reading this, I totally thought you were going to say that you squeezed Jack's stomach expecting him to squeak. Although the throwing of the doll was equally as entertaining, haha!
